Started undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering at Gazi University, Ankara.

Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI)
Led a 7-person intern team to build ECMS, a Java desktop application that became TAI's primary internal communications tool for over 25,000 employees, replacing the legacy system.
Around the same time, founded the Gazi University E-Sports Community.

Eşkom Bilgisayar San. Tic. A.Ş.
End-to-end web testing and documentation for an Electronic Document Management System using Java and Selenium. Played a critical role in the system's Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) certification.

[ BSc graduation · long-term internship ]
Gazi University · Via Computer Systems
Graduated with a BSc in Computer Engineering — bachelor's thesis on Detecting Road Lines with Image Processing Techniques.
In parallel, a long-term internship at Via Computer Systems building ADITS / ESHIS, an Android app that locates smartwatches by Wi-Fi signal strength to assist emergency response — improved response efficiency by ~30%.

Gazi University
Master's thesis: Sentiment Analysis on Twitter Using Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Hybrid Models. Final GPA 3.97 / 4.0.
The thesis work led to a journal article on airline-domain sentiment analysis (Turkish Journal of Mathematics and Computer Science, 2023).

One semester at the University of Palermo as part of the Erasmus programme.

Gazi University
Lab sessions for Introduction to AI, Object-Oriented Programming, Mobile Development, and Fuzzy Logic. Built and documented hands-on materials in Python, Java, Android Studio, and MATLAB.
Co-authored two journal articles in 2022 — one on Mamdani / Sugeno fuzzy inference for news popularity, and a systematic literature review on topic and community detection in social networks.

[ PhD candidate ]
Computer Engineering, Gazi University
Doctoral research focused on DeepFake detection and social-media popularity analysis, building on multimodal-fusion methods. Published FUSEPOP in Applied Sciences (April 2026) — a stacked-ensemble framework with mutual-information weighting that outperforms the state-of-the-art baseline by +18.13 pp on YouTube Shorts popularity prediction. Current GPA 3.97 / 4.0.
